After years of experience in the New York hospitality market, Marysue committed to transporting moments of those experiences to Charlotte. It doesn’t matter where you are, but who you’re with. Thoughtful, tasteful, and memorable events are made at Beau Monde.
Beau Monde strives to create relationships between client and space, encouraging past, present, and future guests to experience all of our venues in different ways. Whether it’s a wedding, social or corporate event, or gala, Beau Monde’s goal is to welcome guests into our many spaces time and time again.

Capable and energetic. Maddie is immersed in the details of your special event both behind the scenes and on the day of. Originally from South Mississippi, Maddie relocated to Charlotte and has put roots down with Beau Monde.

Ensuring quality and excellence. Danielle and the operations team are responsible for all business functions as well as the event service team. Danielle, originally from Chicago, has been in Charlotte for over a decade.

Delivering impeccable service for your special event. With care and confidence, Natalie leads our service team and scheduling for all events within our private venues. Raised in Southwest Florida, Natalie now calls Charlotte home.

Creating magic in the unknown. Creative Director for Bar by Beau Monde and Head of Training for our service teams. Ben hails originally from Georgia, designing bar programs up and down the East Coast for the last decade and half.

Quiet confidence, strong leadership. Another leader of our event service team, Eli is responsible for seamless event execution and exemplary presentation. Moving east from the California Coast, Eli has called Charlotte home since 2020.

Service forward with a culinary focus. Krista manages the delicious details of your special event, working closely with our chef team and hosting tastings. Having experienced life around the country, Krista is a born and bred Charlottean and will always call it home.
