Beau Monde is an all-encompassing hospitality group, offering event spaces meticulously crafted to deliver an unparalleled celebration experience for our clients. Our venues offer a blend of elegance, sophistication, and contemporary style that is perfect for a wide range of events, from weddings and receptions to corporate meetings and galas. With a focus on exceptional customer service, Beau Monde provides a full suite of services, including catering, event planning, and decor, to ensure that your event is flawless and unforgettable. We cater to a diverse range of tastes, price points, and preferences.

PRICING AND ESTIMATIONS

  • Included in the rental fee of the venue is a 12-hour block of time for your event as well as the use of our inventory of tables, chairs, and cocktail tables for up to 150 of your guests.

  • We offer special pricing during the off-season or during the week, as well as micro event packages for events with 10 guests or less. Please inquire if you would like to host a smaller event!

  • It does not. We do, however, have recommendations of trusted partners.

  • Please inquire or book a tour to find out, our calendar is always changing, we hope to host you soon!

  • Staffing costs vary depending on the type of event, style of service, and time of year. Please inquire with our team of experts to learn more!

  • Our labor market is a living, breathing organism. Beau Monde works hard to create strong relationships with our service staff and compensate fairly. Pricing is based on type of event, style of service, and menu selections.

  • Gratuity is not included or expected. Beau Monde is proud to compensate our team of experts generously, offer a memorable experience for our clients and their guests, all in a positive and encouraging environment.

  • Tipping is not required or expected. If you choose to tip, please coordinate with your Beau Monde site manager.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

  • • 50% Deposit to reserve your date

    • 90-Day Progress Payment

    • Final Payment (21 days prior to event)

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Absolutely!

  • This is the most popular time frame which includes load-in, event time, as well as load-out time. However, we are more than happy to learn about your event and offer the best option available.

  • Hourly rental fees start at $250/hour.

  • The 22% administrative fee covers venue inventory setup and breakdown, post-event cleaning, site manager, catering service charge, and coordination of vendors/meetings.

  • A non-preferred catering fee is for clients who do not wish to use our in-house catering services.

  • Typically we do not have multiple caterers. There would still be a non-preferred catering fee if you choose to use someone other than our in-house catering option.

  • Event insurance is for your protection should anything go awry on your special day. This covers a multitude of instances that may occur during your event, such as damages, injuries, losses, etc.

  • Event insurance typically ranges from $250-$500 depending on the type of policy you choose.

  • All of Beau Monde’s venues are available and open to all. With easy wheelchair access, convenient parking, and private restrooms, we welcome our clients and their guests to enjoy our spaces.

FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND STAFFING

  • Beau Monde has a list of recommended vendors who have worked in our spaces multiple times, is confident in our spaces, and is familiar with our vendor contract.

  • There are many differences between a Site Manager and Day of Coordinator/Planner. Our team is here to serve and we work best hand in hand with our vendor partners to execute an incredible day for you! Core differences are below.

    Site Manager: safety of venue and guests, manages anything venue related.

    Day of Coordinator: manages everything in between, focuses on client/guests, is responsible for timeline, vendor set up/breakdown, etc.

  • Your day of coordinator should cover a lot of ground on your event day! Their responsibilities include but may not be limited to the below. Beau Monde Recommends is a list offering reliable planning and coordinating services.

    • Arrive when the venue opens

    • Provide all pertinent communication to vendors

    • Check on bridal party the entire event

    • Stay the entire event

    • Coordinate setup + timeline of event

    • Direct your event and sticking to the timeline

    • Act as main contact for vendors

    • Distribute vendor tips and remaining payments

    • Pack personal gifts/decor at the end of the event

    • Manage venue clean up and sign off with the venue

  • We are more than happy to offer a catering buyout for our spaces, please inquire.

  • Typically, tastings are scheduled after booking. We are happy to ask our kitchen to accommodate special requests. If you’d like to have a tasting prior to booking, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!

  • Food, Beverage, and Staff minimums are not a quote for your specific event but rather the contractual minimum spend for your event date. Minimums fluctuate depending on the time of year and day of the week. This is the minimum amount you are required to spend based on your final menu and bar selections.

  • Typically, Beau Monde does not allow multiple caterers for an event.

  • Staffing will depend on your final guest count, style of service, and type of event.

  • We are the pros! We have hosted hundreds of events, worked closely with our service staff, and rely on our experts as well as a staffing calculator tool to provide the best service for your event.

  • No outside alcohol can be brought on any of Beau Monde’s properties.

  • You do not have to get an ABC permit for your wedding. We have that covered!

  • Yes, you do have to get a special use ABC permit for your event when there is donated alcohol. Our team is happy to help guide you through this process.

  • The bar serves alcohol as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Our team of experts are ready and excited to put together packages based on your budget, event needs, and culinary desires.

  • Bar by Beau Monde offers an array of packages, ranging from beer and wine to full liquor packages.

  • Bar packages are based on any guest over 21 years of age. We do offer an array of packages to suit most event needs. Please contact our team of experts for more information.

FAQ For Circle M Farm

Located just outside of Charlotte in Lincolnton, Circle M Farm offers an immersive event venue that provides a charming homestead for guests, including a beautifully restored barn. With a lush landscape, private chef, and concierge on-site, the farm is the perfect setting for weddings, family reunions, and continuing education events. The house accommodates up to nine guests and includes all basic necessities, while the absence of a TV encourages guests to appreciate nature and the company of loved ones. Only 40 minutes from Charlotte and 30 minutes from the airport, Circle M Farm is easily accessible. Moreover, the venue offers a stress-free turn-key event space with custom packages from preferred vendors to make every client's dream event a reality.
